1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply when you access or use this website, www.mantek.io and any subdomain we serve from it (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. Who we are
The Site is operated by ManTek Technologies ("we", "us", "our"), the trading name of MANTEK TECHNOLOGIES L.L.C-FZ, a free-zone limited liability company licensed by Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (licence no. 2528585.01).
3. Use of the Site
You may use the Site to learn about our work, get in touch with us, and access publicly available content. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to do that.
You may not:
- copy, scrape, mirror, or redistribute substantial portions of the Site without our prior written consent;
- reverse-engineer, attempt to disrupt, probe for vulnerabilities, or circumvent security controls (other than reasonable, good-faith vulnerability research conducted in coordination with us; please email privacy@mantek.io first);
- use the Site to send unsolicited messages, malware, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful;
- use automated agents (crawlers, scrapers, AI-training pipelines) in ways that are inconsistent with our robots.txt or the AI-use signals expressed on the Site;
- present the Site (or any part of it) as your own work, or remove or alter any notices on it.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, layout, design, brand marks ("ManTek", "ManTek Technologies", "NUZ"), logo, source code we author, and the underlying selection and arrangement of content, are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned or licensed by us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence in our intellectual property other than the limited browsing licence described above.
The architecture, brand assets, and visual style of the Site itself may not be reused or replicated.
Third-party trademarks (e.g., "AWS", "CloudFront", "WordPress") referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to describe what we work with, not to claim affiliation with their owners.
5. Acceptable use of the contact form
When you use the contact form, you agree to:
- give us truthful information;
- not impersonate anyone;
- not include unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content in your message.
Any information you send us through the form is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimers
We do our best to keep the Site accurate, helpful, and up to date, but the Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all warranties, conditions, representations, and other terms of any kind (whether express or implied) relating to the Site or its content, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement.
Nothing on the Site is professional, legal, technical, financial, or other advice tailored to your situation. If you act on what you read here without first verifying it for your specific case, you do so at your own risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Site;
- our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Site is limited to AED 1,000 (one thousand UAE Dirhams).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including liability for fraud or gross negligence.
8. External links
The Site may link to third-party websites and resources (for example, our LinkedIn page or documentation we cite). Those sites are operated by others; we do not control them and we do not endorse them. Following an external link is at your own risk, and any third-party site you visit is subject to its own terms and privacy practices.

10. Changes to these Terms

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any notices we publish on the Site) constitute the entire agreement between you and ManTek Technologies regarding your use of the Site.
